干燥设备干燥时可以分为几个阶段？如果我们假设物料是不变的，不会发生化学反应的话，那么干燥设备会对物料进行4个阶段的干燥，具体阶段如下：
1、升速干燥阶段：就是用非常高的温度在比较短的时间内把物料表面的水分给蒸发掉，这一阶段所需的时间比较短，但也局限于表面的水分，所以这一阶段的出水量是不大的。
2、等速干燥阶段：到这一阶段就是对物料加热，让物料内部的水分慢慢向表面补充，由于物料表面正受的高温的加热，所以物料表面的水分蒸发的很快，当物料内部向表面补充水的速度跟不上物料表面水分蒸发的速度的时候，就进入了降速干燥阶段。
3、降速干燥阶段：这一阶段的物料水分已经被蒸发的一大半，在此阶段也就是对物料慢慢干燥了，慢慢把物料内部的水分给逼到表面被蒸发掉。
4、平衡干燥阶段：当物料内部的水分被逼干，再也没有水分往表面补充的时候，就进入了平衡干燥阶段，这一阶段也就是物料被干燥后得到成品的阶段。
